Now my washer works but my dryer is in process of getting fixed. I live 4 mins away so it’s never an issue with me drying there . The lady in mornings is very nice. Only issue is that they may need more help. Covid is hard to deal with let alone hiring more staff. The machine always out of order or break down while in use. I go to this laundry mat every week and I have to address this issue with the laundry attendant. She usually works between 2pm to closing time, she is very rude!!! I had to tell her multiple times that I'm not just taking quarters from the change machine just to take them I'm here weekly to wash. She says to me, you can't take quarters unless you are washing. But by this time my clothes was done with the wash cycle. She seems very irritated an hour and half before closing.Anjel Sparkman20:01 13 Aug 21I just went in right now 08/13/2021 @2:56pm and i asked the lady at that was sitting there soon as you walk in for quarters mind you i didn’t bring my clothes in yet because i went in first to make sure the place wasn’t crowded! She first was going to give me the quarters she had on her then after that she told me to go to the machine when i walked to the machine for quarters she asked me where was my clothes i told her they were in the car she said i couldn’t get any quarters until i brought my clothes in cuz she thought i was “trying to take quarters away from her customers” like i wasn’t going to be one! I brought them 151lbs of laundry to wash, dry & fold on Friday & by Sunday I came back to pick it up & ALL of laundry was beautifully laundered, folded or hung up. I have patronized many in the last year but I prefer Woodmar Laundry. This is due to the attendants. Everyone I have dealt with have been very helpful. One employee named Debbie is very helpful. She always goes out of her way to help me and she explains all of perks thoroughly. The prices are great and it is very clean. I mostly use the drop off service and I consider myself a loyal customer. I usually deal with only Debbie because I have tried to drop off my laundry before and the attendant told me I should just wait for Debbie to come in. My experience with Woodmar is good. I am not looking to go anywhere else.
This is my second review. I dropped my laundry off to be washed, dry and folded. I take my own laundry bags to make it easier for whomever takes care of my clothes can easily put them back in the bags I supplied. I dropped off my clothes on 5/21/21 and picked up my clothes on 5/24/21. My clothes were scattered all over the cleaners in different locations (Not all together in one spot) and nothing was put in my bags where I can easily take them out. I pay for a service that is usually very professional. This visit I was very disappointed on how I received my clothes. The attendant who usually handle my clothes always have my clothes folded perfectly.Justin Hill17:27 09 Apr 21There is a worker Debbie who is unfriendly and rude and it is evident to customers who wash clothes here. Her attitude is poor/ brings her problems to work and Debbie does not clean out the lent in the dryers. She speaks and smiles at only the white customers . She is resistant to give the money for the customer service ticket. Please Owners put in a complaint/compliment box! The bathroom is horrible ? with no toilet paper and no soap or hand Sanitizer and she does not wear a mask. One of The customers complained about her not having a mask because she was coughing . If u want the customers to be happy and to wash here train the staff. However, the girl at the counter named Jackie really makes it a pleasant experience for me!!!! She is incredibly sweet, knowledgeable and an overall good spirit! I will be back to hopefully receive good customer service from her again
Margaret Allen14:41 21 Mar 21I'm being kind. Its dirty looking..old not truly updated. Machine I used. I had to work with getting door to lock Handke very loose. Pressed hot water..got cold. Cost 4.50 but machine digital said 10 quarters. Had to interrupt clerk from conversation to fund out 4.50. Dryers very poor. I separated 1 wash load into 3 dryers. Hoping to speed up drying time. Cost 3.00 before dry. And few items had to spring home to air dry.
??Becca02:38 21 Mar 21Went to do laundry at 7:30. The girl with the short brown hair at the counter made sure to look up from her cell phone long enough to at least tell me that they close at 7:30, when the business clearly says 9pm on Google. I won't be returning.
Edit: The owner simply responded with last wash is at 7:30, closing is at 9. So helpful. Maybe post it somewhere on your door? So I came today at 2:35pm they "had" a loyalty program where your 10th was is free so I gave her my card where I got a free wash and should of received another new card she literally took my card and threw it to the side of her work desk then i ask can I have a new punch card she replied no the program ended I don't know if that was true or not but they don't need a loyalty program with rude customer service like she gives I even said hello when I first approached her and she didn't even respond!!!Mary Haynie13:11 12 Dec 20I come here because of Cindy she's awesome she's asked me what the customer

Other day I had my wife drop off laundry the morning girl was great she told my wife will be done in 2 hours she did a wonderful job and the clothes smelled wonderful Folded and hung thank you for taken pride in your work will be backKelly Webb18:28 09 Aug 20I respect people's choices to wear a mask or don't. so I made the extra effort calling around everywhere in the entire area trying to find a place that does specifically require people to wear masks inside their establishment. I called this placeI got the longest lecture about how strict they are with their masks policy. I was told absolutely no one is allowed inside without a mask. And this was said over and over. I said well thank you that's actually what I was looking for because we are immune-compromised and have not been able to do laundry for over 3 months. I show up on Sunday after 1. Not only wasn't the person running the place not wearing a mask, but half of the customers inside we're not wearing the mask either! I drove pretty far to get to this place passing up several other laundromats. I called the place when I get into my car and I asked them why was I told one thing but you're doing another. And she said well I don't wear a mask because I can't breathe. And I said your customers weren't wearing them either, she then yelled we don't have to put up with this, and then hung up on me. If you don't enforce the masked policy then just say so! when people have cancer they have to be careful! Their immune system is greatly comprised.
